Motherhood Maternity: Full Support Padded Cup Underwire Nursing Bra

This bra has gotten me through my first child, and I’m onto the second. I have three of them so far, and will buy more if I can’t find a padded cotton bra I’m happy with. (The interior of this bra is cotton, but the outer nylon does get a bit sweaty in hot weather.) I leak a lot, and this bra keeps my clothes dry without having to deal with pads. I have several so I can hand wash them frequently. I find it very comfortable and supportive, and also attractive. The plunge is low and works well with most low cut tops. After 2+ years, the padding has shifted a bit in my first one, but I can’t complain too much about that. Wish they came in more colors. I find white and nude nursing bras so dowdy and depressing. I’m a 32A normally, and wear the 34B when breastfeeding (spilling over a little the first month!), so I can’t vouch for the larger sizes.

I found this bra supportive and adequate for certain periods of pregnancy, but when my breasts were all tender from growing and general engorgement, I no longer found underwire to be a suitable form of support. Too painful. I now wear medela’s basic nursing bra instead.
