This helped a lot with lower back pain and when I wore it all day my legs didn’t ache so much at night. I gave it only 4 stars because after my baby got bigger (maybe 7 months pregnant) it caused a little heartburn just from lifting everything up higher. Also the velcro sounds like a diaper when you walk so it’s better to wear around the house : 0 )
